Termo de Compromisso (Plano de Serviço Pré-Pago no Serviço Móvel Celular)
1. Documento, emitido pela prestadora do Serviço Móvel Celular, a ser entregue ao usuário do Plano de Serviço Pré-Pago, antes ou concomitantemente à sua habilitação, onde deverá constar a regulamentação do Plano de Serviço Pré-Pago, especificações e condições de uso do serviço, migração entre os diversos planos de serviço, habilitação, assinatura, possíveis limitações do Plano de Serviço Pré-Pago em relação ao Plano Básico do SMC e a aquiescência do usuário do Plano de Serviço Pré-Pago com os termos citados no documento a partir do início da utilização do Plano de Serviço Pré-Pago.
