Terminal de Acesso Público - TAP
1. Equipamento que permite, a qualquer pessoa, utilizar, por meio de acesso de uso coletivo, o STFC, independentemente de assinatura ou inscrição junto à prestadora, incluindo, ainda, funções complementares que possibilitem o uso do STFC para conexão a provedores de acesso a serviços internet – PASI, de livre escolha do usuário, e envio e recebimento de textos, gráficos e imagens, por meio eletrônico.
