Instrumentos de Cooperação
1. Conjunto de instrumentos formais utilizados pela Anatel para estabelecer um vínculo cooperativo com órgãos públicos ou entidades privadas que tenham interesses e condições recíprocas ou equivalentes, de modo a realizar um propósito comum, voltado ao interesse público, tais como acordos de cooperação, ajustes, termos ou congêneres, incluindo termos de execução descentralizada e termos de cessão de uso não onerosa, de que trata a Portaria Anatel nº 485, de 16 de junho de 2014;
