Glossário de Termos da Anatel
HCA (Base de Custos Históricos)
1. Conjunto de informações sobre ativos, passivos, receitas e despesas registradas segundo padrão contábil aceito, que são utilizados como referência para apuração dos custos operacionais e custo de capital dos serviços ofertados pelo Grupo. Os custos históricos dos ativos que compõem a HCA são determinados em geral pelo seu valor bruto de aquisição ou construção obtidos dos registros contábeis e subtraído o valor da depreciação ou da amortização acumulada.
