Destinação
1. Caracterização da finalidade e capacidade de Recursos de Numeração, estabelecidas em Plano de Numeração.

2. Inscrição de um ou mais sistemas ou serviços de telecomunicações – segundo classificação da Agência – no plano de destinação de faixas de radiofreqüências editado pela Agência, que vincula a exploração desses serviços à utilização de determinadas faixas de radiofreqüências, sem contrariar a atribuição estabelecida.
3. Decisão, a partir da avaliação, quanto ao encaminhamento de documentos para guarda permanente ou eliminação;
4. Caracterização da finalidade e quantidade de Recursos de Numeração, estabelecidas em Plano de Numeração;
