Definido pela UIT na Recomendação "International Telecommunication Union -Telecommunication Standardization Sector - ITU-T" G. 113 "Transmission Impairments" como sendo uma função da qualidade de voz, atraso e eco em um sistema, é obtido por meio do procedimento de cálculo do Anexo A do Regulamento para Certificação de Sistemas de Acesso Fixo sem Fio para a Prestação do Serviço Telefônico Fixo Comutado Destinado ao Uso do Público em Geral – STFC.
2. definido pela UIT na recomendação referenciada no item 2.1.19, como sendo uma função da qualidade de voz, atraso e eco em um sistema, é obtido por meio do procedimento de cálculo do Anexo A.
