Sistema de banco de dados que contém os registros dos serviços autorizados a operar nas faixas de radiofrequências aprovadas para uso por parte de Dispositivos de Espectro Ocioso (White Spaces Devices), capaz de determinar e fornecer aos Dispositivos de Espectro Ocioso (White Spaces Devices) as radiofrequências que estão disponíveis em determinada localidade.
