Relatório de Acompanhamento e Planejamento Individual de Desempenho - RAPID
1. Instrumento de controle individual da carga de trabalho atribuída ao servidor que realizar as atividades descritas no art. 4º desta Portaria, elaborado pelos órgãos participantes do PGD, com conteúdo e periodicidade definidos no respectivo plano de trabalho, contendo ao menos:
a) carga de trabalho atribuída e executada no período;
b) meta individual atribuída e executada no período; e
c) descontos em virtude de ocorrências que impactem o cumprimento da meta, tais como licenças, afastamentos, problemas técnicos em sistemas da Agência e realização de atividades não inseridas no plano de trabalho;
