1. Sistema que permite viabilizar o controle de todas as receitas da Anatel, no que se refere ao lançamento, arrecadação e restituição, utilizando parâmetros dos diversos serviços de telecomunicações ou de fontes de informação que influenciam direta ou indiretamente nos valores a arrecadar.
