Sistema Integrado de Gestão de Créditos – SIGEC
1. Sistema interativo destinado a registrar as informações e emitir documentos necessários à gestão dos créditos de qualquer natureza, lançados pela Anatel contra terceiros, inclusive seus colaboradores, compreendendo a apuração do valor devido, as datas de vencimento e os pagamentos realizados. Viabiliza a administração de todas as receitas da Anatel, no que se refere ao lançamento, arrecadação e restituição, utilizando parâmetros dos diversos serviços de telecomunicações ou de fontes de informação que influenciam direta ou indiretamente nos valores a arrecadar.
