Índice de Solicitações de Reparos Atendidas - ISRA
1. Relação percentual entre o número total de solicitações de reparo, por falhas ou defeitos na prestação de serviços de televisão por assinatura excluídas as decorrentes de interrupção dos sinais, atendidas no tempo determinado ou solicitado pelo assinante, contado a partir do seu recebimento, durante o período de coleta, e o número total dessas solicitações de reparo recebidas pelo centro de atendimento, durante o período de coleta.
