Serviço Móvel Global por Satélites Não-Geostacionários
1. Serviço público-restrito móvel por satélite, de âmbito interior e internacional, que utiliza como suporte Serviço de Transporte de Sinais de Telecomunicações por Satélites Não-Geoestacionários cujas estações de acesso são interligadas a redes terrestres, fixas ou móveis.
