Lacração
1. Ato em que o Agente de Fiscalização impede que a Fiscalizada prossiga com o uso, a fabricação, a importação, o fornecimento, a distribuição e a comercialização do bem ou produto para telecomunicações, sem recolhê-lo à Anatel, após identificá-lo, com Aposição de Lacre de Identificação.

2. Ato por meio do qual o Agente de Fiscalização promove a interrupção de estação, impede ou cessa o uso ou a comercialização de bens, produtos e serviços, sem recolhê-los à Anatel, com aposição de lacre de identificação.
