Produto ou Sistema com Tecnologia Desenvolvida no País
1. Produto ou sistema projetado, desenvolvido e submetido a ensaios de laboratório e testes de campo, por técnicos aqui residentes e domiciliados, com conhecimento e domínio das tecnologias envolvidas, e que atenda às especificações, normas e padrões técnicos e legais vigentes no País, em especial à regulamentação expedida pelo Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI), por meio das Portarias MCT nº 950, de 12 de dezembro de 2006 (Caracteriza bens ou produtos com Tecnologia Desenvolvida no País), e MCTI nº 555, de 18 de junho de 2013 (Estabelece a Certificação CERTICS para software de Desenvolvimento Tecnológico Realizado no País), ou outras que as substituam.
