Desempenho anormal sem danos
1. É permitido que durante a aplicação da perturbação ocorram anormalidades no funcionamento do equipamento, sem perda de nenhuma funcionalidade. Após a aplicação da perturbação o equipamento deve estar atendendo a todas suas especificações técnicas, sem sinalização memorizada de qualquer anormalidade.
