Publicidade Institucional por Organizações Sociais que Exercem Atividade de Rádio e Televisão Educativa
1. É a publicidade institucional de entidades de direito público ou privado a título de apoio cultural à organização social, seus programas, eventos ou projetos; e/ou de patrocínio de programas, eventos ou projetos, o que permite, a divulgação de produtos, serviços ou da imagem do patrocinador, sendo vedada a veiculação remunerada de anúncios ou outras práticas que configurem comercialização de seus intervalos (Decreto nº 5.396, de 21 de março de 2005).
