Obstrução à atividade de Fiscalização Regulatória
1. Ato, comissivo ou omissivo, direto ou indireto, do administrado ou de seus prepostos, que impeça, dificulte ou embarace a Ação de Inspeção da Anatel, mediante oferecimento de entrave à atuação dos Agentes de Fiscalização ou de servidor da Anatel atuando em atividade de Fiscalização Regulatória e recusa no atendimento, não envio ou envio intempestivo de quaisquer dados e informações pertinentes à obrigação da Fiscalizada ou o envio de informações inverídicas ou que possam levar a uma interpretação equivocada dos dados.
