Compromisso de Aquisição (Produto ou Sistema Aderente ao PPB)
1. O compromisso de aquisição de produto ou sistema aderente ao PPB consiste no compromisso de investimento para a aquisição de produto ou sistema que simultaneamente detenha o respectivo certificado de conformidade ao PPB, emitido pelos Ministérios da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI) e do Desenvolvimento, Indústria e Comércio Exterior (MDIC), e esteja previsto no capítulo 85 da Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul (NCM) ou em cada instrumento de compromisso, se houver.
