Antecedente (Sanção Administrativa)
1. Registro de sanção anteriormente imposta, publicada no Diário Oficial da União (DOU), precedente no tempo em prazo não superior a cinco anos, à data de notificação da instauração do Procedimento para Apuração de Descumprimento de Obrigações (PADO).
2. Registro de sanção administrativa imposta pela Agência, precedente no tempo em prazo não superior a 5 (cinco) anos, à data de notificação da instauração do Procedimento para Apuração de Descumprimento de Obrigações (PADO), até a data do cometimento da nova infração, excluído o caso de reincidência específica.
