Ação de Inspeção
1. Atividade realizada por Agente de Fiscalização, no âmbito do processo de Acompanhamento, para acesso, obtenção e averiguação de dados e informações por meio de, dentre outros instrumentos:
a) auditoria;
b) averiguação;
c) ensaio;
d) levantamento;
e) medição;
f) monitoração;
g) radiovideometria; e
h) vistoria.
2. Atividade realizada por Agente de Fiscalização, no âmbito do processo de Acompanhamento, para acesso, obtenção e averiguação de dados e informações, com a finalidade de reunir evidências para a apuração do cumprimento de obrigações e conformidades por parte da Fiscalizada e verificar a forma de execução dos serviços de telecomunicações, bem como aspectos técnicos de radiodifusão, por meio dos instrumentos da Inspeção.
