Área de Tarifa Básica (Serviço Telefônico Fixo Comutado)

1. Parte da Área Local definida pela Agência dentro da qual o serviço é prestado ao Assinante, em contrapartida a tarifas ou preços do Plano de Serviço de sua escolha. É constituída pelo conjunto de Localidades pertencentes à mesma Área Local e atendidas com acessos individuais do STFC na modalidade local.
